Excessive Vaginal Discharge

Excessive vaginal discharge can be a sign of lichen sclerosus or a vaginal wart virus. During vaginitis, the flow changes in color and amount. It becomes of yellowish-green color and either increases or decreases in amount. Decreased flows are characteristic of atrophic vaginitis, whereas increased leukorrhea may stem from a variety of causes including infections and foreign bodies. Excessive vaginal discharge can be a sign of lichen sclerosus or a vaginal wart virus.

Lichen Sclerosus, Vaginal Wart

A small amount of flow that comes out from the vagina is normal and is present in all women. It serves as a cleanser that gets rid of harmful bacteria and does not allow any infection to affect the reproductive organs.
