Lichen sclerosus, a vaginal wart and other genital disorders can be detected with a colposcopy exam. Patients report itching and outer lips’ shrinkage in women suffering from kraurosis vulvae. The lesions are found mostly on the body, genitals, or an area around the anus. This is a chronic condition associated with the appearance of white papules and follicular plugs.
