Anaerobic Vaginosis

Anaerobic vaginosis can infect the cervix and cervical area. Pregnant women run the risk of preterm delivery during this condition. When CO2-dependent and other bacteria mix and grow in numbers, they interfere with the normal flora of the vagina and cause this condition. Normally, all women have a small number of bacteria in the vagina. Anaerobic vaginosis can infect the cervix and cervical area.
